Next Up TV host, Ms. Phay, interviewed Imonie Sincere author of Flo Motion 1 & 2 at his home, where he shares his story of life behind bars and his passion for writing. Imonie Sincere did not want his identity to be defined as a criminal; writing turned out to be just a brief sidebar to his time as an inmate. He allowed his outside life and prison to enrich his writing, becoming a published author from Regal Trace.

Behind bars, Imonie Sincere wrote short stories and novels to pass the time. He also earned the respect of guards and other inmates. He was released ten years later after serving his sentence and went on to focus on his career as an author.
